Heliports

This service provides the beneficiaries to apply for Heliport Authorization as an initial issuance and associated amendments.

  1. APPLICATION FOR CERTIFICATION OR AUTHORIZATION OF HELIPORTS (Form: F-138-111) ( Download )

  3. STATEMENT OF REGULATION COMPLIANCE (FORM-138-102) ( Download )

  1. HELA1- List of Management Personnel and their biodata with relevant testimonials
  2. HELA2-Heliport Operation Manual (Customized)
  3. HELA3-Heliport Obstacle Survey Reports
  4. HELA4-Aeronautical Study Report, if applicable
  5. HELA5- Approvals for operations of heliport from Principality;
  6. HELA6-No objection certificate for operations of heliport from Saudi Air Navigation Services (SANS);
  7. HELA7-Heliport Land Ownership proof or Lease Agreement
  8. HELA8- PWA4-Environment Impact Assessment Report and Letter of No Objection from NCEC.
  9. HELA9- Any other relevant documents as required by the President.
  1. Application : The applicant must submit all relevant documents as requested by the General Authority of Civil Aviation.
  2. Review : GACA will review the documents submitted by the applicant and verify if it complies with the regulations and can ask the applicant to update his application.
  3. Issue : GACA will only issue the Certificate/Permit when the E-Service process allows it and GACA is completely satisfied that all regulatory requirements have been adequately addressed.
  4. Delivery : The Certificate/Permit will either be delivered electronically or manually according to the E-Service process.
