Application for Aircraft Conformity Inspection

This service allows the beneficiaries to apply for Conformity inspection to add the aircraft into: • The operator operations specifications under the provisions of GACAR Part 121.

  5. ACI07- Copy of the leasing agreement (if operated under a lease)
  6. ACI08- Insurance Certificate
  7. ACI09-Weight and Balance Records (including most recent weighing)
  8. ACI10-Airworthiness Directives (AD) Compliance Records
  9. ACI11- List of all compliance Service Bulletins (SBs)
  10. ACI12-List of all Modifications STCs
  11. ACI13-Record of Major Repairs and Alterations
  12. ACI14-List of Installed Equipment and Avionics

The Operator is required to ensure the aircraft is ready for GACA inspector to conduct the conformity inspection and arrange for the transportation.  

  1. Application : The applicant must submit all relevant documents as requested by the General Authority of Civil Aviation.
  2. Review : GACA will review the documents submitted by the applicant and verify if it complies with the regulations and can ask the applicant to update his application.
  3. Issue : GACA will only issue the Certificate/Permit when the E-Service process allows it and GACA is completely satisfied that all regulatory requirements have been adequately addressed.
  4. Delivery : The Certificate/Permit will either be delivered electronically or manually according to the E-Service process.
