This service allows the beneficiaries to apply for Initial and recurrent dangerous goods training programs, in accordance with ICAO Technical Instructions IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations and GACAR Part 109.
How to use GACA E- Services: 1. Application: The application must be submitted along with all relevant documents as requested by the General Authority of Civil Aviation in the application form.
2. Review: Dangerous Goods Department of GACA will review the documents and Training Program submitted by the applicant
3. Instructor Assessment: The Initial Instructor candidate must appear for the Dangerous Goods Instructor assessment.
4. Feedback: Dangerous Goods Department of GACA will revert back to the applicant, if any amendment in the training program or additional documents need be.
5. Re- submission: The applicant must re-submit the training program or requested additional documents for the review and acceptance.
6. Approval: GACA will approve the training program and Instructor to deliver this course upon meeting the requirements.
7. Delivery: The approval will either be delivered electronically or manually according to the E-Service process.
