This service allows beneficiaries to apply for approval of a lease agreement via electronic channels. A lease agreement approval request must be submitted at least 15 calendar days before the intended operation.

  4. AOL04-List of aircraft registration numbers and serial numbers
  5. AOL05- Aircraft Certificate of Registration
  6. AOL06- Copy of Lessor’s Air Operator Certificate (AOC)
  7. AOL07- Copy of Lessor’s Operations Specifications
  8. AOL08- Certificate of Airworthiness (ICAO Annex 8 compliance)
  9. AOL09- Statement of Operational Control (Who holds operational control: Lessor or Lessee?)

  18. AOL16- List of Aerodromes or Areas of Operation (for Wet Lease-In only)
  19. AOL17- List of Pilots & Maintenance Personnel Names, License Numbers, and Validity Dates (for Wet Lease-In only)
  20. AOL18- Risk Assessment (if applicable)
  21. AOL19- Previous GACA Comments (if applicable)
  22. AOL20- Any Other Supporting Documents Required by the GACA.
  1. Application : The applicant must submit all relevant documents as requested by the General Authority of Civil Aviation.
  2. Review : GACA will review the documents submitted by the applicant and verify if it complies with the regulations and can ask the applicant to update his application.
  3. Issue : GACA will only issue the Certificate/Permit when the E-Service process allows it and GACA is completely satisfied that all regulatory requirements have been adequately addressed.
  4. Delivery : The Certificate/Permit will either be delivered electronically or manually according to the E-Service process.
