This service provides the beneficiaries to seek permission for establishment of new water aerodrome as an initial establishment and associated siting and technical parameters of the water aerodrome.

  1. APPLICATION FOR ESTABLISHMENT OF NEW WATER AERODROME (FORM F-137-201) ( Download )
  2. Statement of Regulations Compliance (FORM F-137-202) ( Download )
  3. Statement of Regulations Non-Compliance (FORM F-137-203) ( Download )
  1. PWA1-Proof of Ownership or Lease or Lease Rights of the land, water body or Sea Area;
  2. PWA2-Water Aerodrome Technical Feasibility Study Report
  3. PWA3-Aeronautical Study Report, if applicable.
  4. PWA4-Environment Impact Assessment Report and Letter of No Objection from NCEC.
  5. PWA5-Approvals for establishment of water aerodrome from Principality/Port Authority
  6. PWA6-No objection certificate for establishment of water aerodrome from Saudi Air Navigation Services.
  7. PWA7-Details of Consultant Entity, if appointed
  8. PWA8-Any other relevant document(s) required by the President.
  1. Application : The applicant must submit all relevant documents as requested by the General Authority of Civil Aviation.
  2. Review : GACA will review the documents submitted by the applicant and verify if it complies with the regulations and can ask the applicant to update his application.
  3. Issue : GACA will only issue the Certificate/Permit when the E-Service process allows it and GACA is completely satisfied that all regulatory requirements have been adequately addressed.
  4. Delivery : The Certificate/Permit will either be delivered electronically or manually according to the E-Service process.
