• The pre-application phase is an opportunity for an applicant to study and seek clarity on reserve an aircraft registration mark.
• Registration mark will start with (HZ-) and must be 3 or 4 digits without (1, 0, O, I).

Once it is determined that the application form and all required documents comply with applicable Saudi Civil Aviation Law GACAR 45, 47 the Aircraft Registration Office will reserve an aircraft registration mark to the applicant.

RS03- A transmittal letter from aircraft owner/operator or representative.

Application : The applicant must submit all relevant documents as requested by the General Authority of Civil Aviation.
Review : GACA will review the documents submitted by the applicant and verify if it complies with the regulations and can ask the applicant to update his application.
Issue : GACA will only issue the Certificate/Permit when the E-Service process allows it and GACA is completely satisfied that all regulatory requirements have been adequately addressed.
Delivery : The Certificate/Permit will either be delivered electronically or manually according to the E-Service process.
