Aviation Security

This service allows beneficiaries to obtain economic licenses for Air Cargo offices /agencies (Accredited/ Assembler) by studying the applications, performing the required inspections and checking the satisfaction of the technical and security requirements to ensure their compliance against the licensing terms.

  1. Advertisement in a daily newspaper (For Accredited)
  2. Application letter directed to the Economic Regulation Department General Manager.
  3. Commercial register
  4. Contract endorsed by MOCI
  5. Copy of valid ID
  6. Drawing sketch of the office’s location
  7. Evidence of lease or ownership of the office location
  8. Inside/outside photo of the office´s location
  9. Service fee payment receipt
  1. Application : The applicant must submit all relevant documents as requested by the General Authority of Civil Aviation.
  2. Review : GACA will review the documents submitted by the applicant and verify if it complies with the regulations and can ask the applicant to update his application.
  3. Issue : GACA will only issue the Certificate/Permit when the E-Service process allows it and GACA is completely satisfied that all regulatory requirements have been adequately addressed.
  4. Delivery : The Certificate/Permit will either be delivered electronically or manually according to the E-Service process.
