The report (Notification) can be submitted by any Certificate Holder, Service Provider, including the entire aviation community is encouraged to file a hazard report valid within the working environment. This includes but not limited to the following items:

Anything with the potential to cause harm within the working environment.
Any condition, event, or circumstance which could induce a potential accident.
Any existing or potential condition that can lead to injury, illness, or death to people; damage to or loss of a system, equipment, or property; or damage to the environment.
A condition that might cause (is a prerequisite to) an accident or incident.

Application : The applicant must submit all relevant documents as requested by the General Authority of Civil Aviation.
Review : GACA will review the documents submitted by the applicant and verify if it complies with the regulations and can ask the applicant to update his application.
Issue : GACA will only issue the Certificate/Permit when the E-Service process allows it and GACA is completely satisfied that all regulatory requirements have been adequately addressed.
Delivery : The Certificate/Permit will either be delivered electronically or manually according to the E-Service process.
