  1. 8610-2 AIRMAN CERTIFICATE AND-OR RATING APPLICATION ( Download )
  1. A cover letter from Employer signed and stamped.
  2. Classification Binder. Two dividers (smear red pressboard)
  3. Copy of Saudi ID / Residency permit
  4. Copy of valid passport
  5. Employer Recommendation For the special list work related signed and stamped.
  6. GACA Aviation Maintenance Technician.
  7. Hazmat & MSDS Awareness.
  8. Human Factor Awareness.
  9. Receipt of the required fees
  10. Regulation Training Record it should include the fallowing courses
  11. Repairman Specialized Training Certificate
  12. Residence home map.
  13. Speak, write, read and understand English language
  14. Technical Operation Manual T.O.M.
  15. Two recent photos 3cmx3cm with white back ground (un-covered head)
  16. Work experience minimum of 24 months.
  1. Application:The applicant must submit all relevant documents as requested by the General Authority of Civil Aviation.
  2. Review:GACA will review the documents submitted by the applicant and verify if it complies with the regulations and can ask the applicant to update his application.
  3. Issue:GACA will only issue the Certificate/Permit when the E-Service process allows it and GACA is completely satisfied that all regulatory requirements have been adequately addressed.
  4. Delivery:The Certificate/Permit will either be delivered electronically or manually according to the E-Service process.
