Your personal data is securely stored on the servers of the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA). The data will be retained for 3 months after the event, after which it will be securely deleted by permanently erasing the electronic records.

Right to access your personal data: You have the right to request a copy of your collected personal data in accordance with regulatory requirements by contacting the email address below. The requested data will be provided to you within thirty days, except in certain regulatory cases, which will be clarified upon request.
Right to correct your personal data: You have the right to request that we correct any personal data you believe is inaccurate, incorrect, or incomplete by contacting the email below. Your data will be reviewed, updated, and you will be notified of the correction within thirty days.
Right to delete your personal data: You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data in accordance with regulatory requirements via the email below, in cases that do not conflict with the legal basis.
Right to restrict processing: You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data under certain circumstances and for a specified period. The applicable cases and the allowed time period will be clarified in accordance with the legal basis.
