This service explains the Acceptance/Re Acceptance of RFF Courses process under applicable regulations.

Procedure
  • Training Providers Submit the application form for acceptance and required document.
  • Reviewing the application form and required document.
  • After reviewing the application form and required document, RFF inspector conducts a site visit of the training Providers.
  • After ensuring that training Providers comply with all requirements, GACA issues the Acceptance Letter.

  1. Copy of relevant standard operating procedures
  2. Courses Curriculums - lesson plan, skills sheet, hand out and filled matrices. (This will be waived if the Training course(s) accredited by IFSAC or Pro-Board)
  3. Instructor C.V including copy of certificates
  4. Training and procedures manual

How to use GACA EServices :

  1. Application: The applicant must submit all relevant documents as requested by the General Authority of Civil Aviation.

  2. Review: GACA will review the documents submitted by the applicant and verify if it complies with the regulations and can ask the applicant to update his application.

  3. Issue: GACA will only issue the Certificate/Permit when the E-Service process allows it and GACA is completely satisfied that all regulatory requirements have been adequately addressed.

  4. Delivery: The Certificate/Permit will either be delivered electronically or manually according to the E-Service process.
