Description
This service allows the beneficiaries to apply for changing aircraft registration ownership. 

Pre-Requisites

• The pre-application phase is an opportunity for an applicant to study and seek clarity on the aircraft Change in Ownership or Owner Particulars requirements. 
• A standard information package should be included:
• requirements to Change in Ownership or Owner Particulars of an aircraft.
• application form and list of documents, which need to be submitted to support the application.

Once it is determined that the application form and all required documents comply with applicable Saudi Civil Aviation Law GACAR 47, the Aircraft Registration Office will issue the new certificate of registration to the applicant, and update the aircraft register Subsequent to the issuance of a certificate of registration.

  1. A copy of Confirmation is required from the financial departments of GACA and SANS to ensure that there are no pending payments against the aircraft.
  2. A copy of GACA invoice and official receipt as proof of payment.
  3. A copy of the lease or purchase agreement and Authorization letter if the aircraft leased.
  4. A transmittal letter from aircraft owner/operator or representative.
  5. Aircraft Bill of Sale or any evidence of ownership
  6. Other documents (e.g., power of attorney, Commercial Registration Certification, National ID).

How to use GACA EServices :

  1. Application: The applicant must submit all relevant documents as requested by the General Authority of Civil Aviation.

  2. Review: GACA will review the documents submitted by the applicant and verify if it complies with the regulations and can ask the applicant to update his application.

  3. Issue: GACA will only issue the Certificate/Permit when the E-Service process allows it and GACA is completely satisfied that all regulatory requirements have been adequately addressed.

  4. Delivery: The Certificate/Permit will either be delivered electronically or manually according to the E-Service process.
