Changing Of Aircraft Registration Ownership
• A standard information package should be included:
• requirements to Change in Ownership or Owner Particulars of an aircraft.
• application form and list of documents, which need to be submitted to support the application.
- 100-B APPLICATION FOR AIRCRAFT REGISTRATION ( Download )
- A copy of Confirmation is required from the financial departments of GACA and SANS to ensure that there are no pending payments against the aircraft.
- A copy of GACA invoice and official receipt as proof of payment.
- A copy of the lease or purchase agreement and Authorization letter if the aircraft leased.
- A transmittal letter from aircraft owner/operator or representative.
- Aircraft Bill of Sale or any evidence of ownership
- Other documents (e.g., power of attorney, Commercial Registration Certification, National ID).

How to use GACA EServices :

Application: The applicant must submit all relevant documents as requested by the General Authority of Civil Aviation.

Review: GACA will review the documents submitted by the applicant and verify if it complies with the regulations and can ask the applicant to update his application.

Issue: GACA will only issue the Certificate/Permit when the E-Service process allows it and GACA is completely satisfied that all regulatory requirements have been adequately addressed.

Delivery: The Certificate/Permit will either be delivered electronically or manually according to the E-Service process.
